Dominique Lucas, also known as Tailsy Evergreen is an American illustrator, cartoonist and animator from the state of Maryland.She is known for her webcomic, Hallow Souls on Tapas. Her previous online work on "The Fandom Tapes" as co-founder.She is a currently a college student working for her AFA Degree. She describes herself as a vintage culture philosophical nerd that obsesses over old hollywood and internet culture.
