Dominique Lucas (she/they | July 13, 2002) is a Black American illustrator, cartoonist, and animator born and based in Maryland.She graduated from Montgomery College with an Associate in Fine Arts (AFA), where she expanded her illustrative and fine art skills. Currently, she works on her online webcomic “Hallow Souls” under her online pen name Tailsy Evergreen.She describes her inspirations as follows: Rebecca Sugar, Patrick McHale, Ludwig van Beethoven, Hideaki Anno, and Claude Monet to name a few. When they are not drawing you can find them collecting vinyls, sculpting, or watching cheesy 40-50’s cinema.

Morbid I know but it's the truth.I wanted to intergrate two of my biggest things into something enjoyable for myself and hopefully others. Honestly the website in itself is an experiment, plus I love web design back in the early 2000s and personal websites, it's a dream.At the end of the day this is all in good fun for myself but I always want to seek improvement.
